What motivates me to be a UX designer?

The Past, The Present, The Future

I was a Journalist, video producer, and scriptwriter. I believe my nontraditional background has been a critical influence in investigative and user-focused approaches to product design.

Studying and working abroad have taught me to appreciate cultural differences, stay curious, keep learning, and be flexible.

I am a designer who values research, data, and accessibility. Cognitive psychology helps me to empathize and understand users better.

When designing solutions, I can always trace back to the research and explain the ‘Why’.

I also keep taking UI challenges and practices for being a well-rounded designer.

I’m always curious about new possibilities and seek to learn and improve myself.

For now, I will dive deeper into UX and accessibility design. I want to expand my skillsets in my spare time and to be a T-shaped designer.

And the future can have endless possibilities.
